Laura K. Gorsuch, a native of Lewisburg, WV, began her dancing career at the early age of three. She studied contemporary dance at The Dance Studio under the direction of Beth White and Carli Marenick. As a teen, she performed with Trillium Performing Youth, and has since returned home as a guest artist for Trillium Performing Arts Collective concerts. Laura graduated Sum Cum Laude in 2005 from Radford University with a BFA in Contemporary Dance. In January 2007, she was highlighted as a soloist in First Stages at Carnegie Hall in Lewisburg as an upcoming young artist. Laura earned her Masters of Education Degree in Counselor Education from Virginia Commonwealth University in May 2009. She is currently on faculty at St. Catherine's School as the Health and Wellness Coordinator, Middle School Counselor and Dance Teacher. She has taught various after school dance programs within the Richmond community, as well as choreographed musicals for St. Catherine's School and the Manchester High School Lancer Theatre. She has performed with danahbellaDanceWorks (2004-2006), Theatre West Virginia (2006), Theatre IV (2006-2007), and Z Mullins Dance Company (2007-2011). In addition to being a member of RADAR since its inception in 2011, she has served as Co-Artistic Director since 2013.

Kara Priddy is a dance teacher, choreographer and performer working in the Richmond area. She holds a BA in dance from James Madison University where she had the opportunity to work with inspiring choreographers such as Donna Costello, Monica Bill Barnes and Meisha Bosma. Kara also spent summers studying at Dance New Amsterdam in New York City and the American Dance Festival in North Carolina where she performed works by Ezra Caldwell, Paul Matteson, Jennifer Nugent and David Dorfman. Over the past 11 years, Kara has taught and choreographed for various programs throughout the city of Richmond. She was the artistic director of the weDance Ensemble at West End Assembly of God during their 09-10 season and choreographed for their annual production of Glorious Christmas Nights. She has also taught classes and choreographed for numerous CharacterWorks Theater summer camps and productions. Kara is currently in her seventh year at Collegiate School teaching dance and choreographing for their mainstage productions. In the summer of 2014 she received an endowment from Collegiate School to attend the Bates Dance Festival Professional Training Program where she was able to study with phenomenal choreographers and teachers such as Angie Hauser, Chris Aiken and Mark Dendy. She has been dancing with RADAR since its inception in 2011, and has served as Co-Artistic Director since 2013.
